WildTag Terms and Conditions

By using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or using WildTag, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Registration
To access the App, you must register and provide the following information:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Approximate Age Range

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

3.1 Permitted Content:

• Users are allowed to take and post photos of marine wildlife, shoreline flora and fauna, and activities detrimental to marine conservation.

 

• No inappropriate images are allowed, including but not limited to selfies, images unrelated to marine or shoreline flora and fauna, or any content deemed offensive or inappropriate by our Administrators.

3.2 Content Moderation:

• All posts will be curated 100% by our Administrators and marine wildlife experts before approval. Posts must meet our content guidelines to be approved.

 

• ​Any inappropriate images or offensive messages will be blocked, and users attempting to post such content will be banned from using the App.

 
3.3 Reporting Harmful Activities:

• Users can post images and sightings of activities that are detrimental to marine conservation, anonymously.

3.4 Community Guidelines:

• Users must agree to abide by these community guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the App, including images, text, graphics, and software, is the property of WildTag or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability
WildTag is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall WildTag, its administrators, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on the App. You are advised to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
 
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Antigua & Barbuda. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antigua & Barbuda.
